SHIPPING
Our local suppliers maintain permanent stock of the products we offer and are directly responsible for shipping via local logistics services. The usual delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours from the telephone confirmation of the order, although it may extend slightly depending on your location. If you have any concerns about the status or delivery time, we recommend contacting the supplier responsible for your shipment directly.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order several different products, they may come from different distributors or logistics centers. It is possible that you will receive your order in more than one package and at different times to guarantee you the best prices and delivery times.
COVERAGE AREAS
We try to offer shipping coverage throughout the country. However, in some isolated cases, our logistics system does not yet reach certain areas. If your order cannot be processed due to geographical limitations, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We are constantly working to expand our delivery zones.
